Access Cut Lists dialog

You can select if you want to manage and view cut lists for a specific job or for multiple jobs at time.

To access the Cut Lists dialog, do either of the following:
  • To view and manage several Cut Lists at a time, do the following:
    1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Cut Lists.

The Select Production Control Jobs dialog opens.

    2. Select the job or jobs in the list and move to Included.
    3. Click OK.
  • To view and manage a job-specific cut list, do the following:
    1. In the Production Control module, open a job.
    2. On the Production Control ribbon tab, select Review > Cut Lists.

The Cut Lists dialog opens.

The items in cut lists are highlighted with green, yellow, or red:

  • Green: Item completed
  • Red: Item needs attention or is locked. For example, the item can be past the assigned due date.
  • Yellow: Item needs attention. For example, the item may be missing information or need validation.

You can limit the visible cut lists by clicking options in the navigation tree on the left.

The combining result for which items have been purchased needs to be reviewed to verify that the saved cutting patterns are still valid. Items may need to be recombined. After recombining, the changes need to be saved to the current cut list.

You can customize the grid and select the display fields to suit your needs. See Customize the layout of a dialog.
