You can add new countries of origin for items in the inventory in the Countries dialog box and open the inventory filtered by the country of origin. You can also modify or delete any existing countries to match the countries used by your company.

1. Click the Maintenance ribbon tab.
2. On the menu, select Inventory > Countries of Origin.
3. In the Countries dialog box, do any of the following:

   To	Do this
   Add a new country	Click New. Type the country and an abbreviation for it. Only the abbreviation will be shown when you set a country of origin for an item in the Inventory dialog box. Click Add. The new country is now available in the Inventory dialog box.
   Modify an existing country	Select the country that you want to modify. Modify the country and its abbreviation. Click Edit to save the changes.
   Delete a country	Select the country that you want to delete. Click Delete. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes to permanently delete country.
   Open inventory filtered for the country of origin	Click Show Inventory.

4. To close the dialog, click the Close button (X) in the upper-right corner.
