Peddinghaus Raptor: Cut materials

You can send a cut list from Tekla PowerFab to Peddinghaus Raptor for cutting. This way, you do not need to enter parts for cutting in both software.

Set up Tekla PowerFab to work with Peddinghaus Raptor

  1. Go to Maintenance > Integration Settings > Peddinghaus.

    The Peddinghaus Settings dialog box opens.

  2. Select the Enable Peddinghaus Integration checkbox.
  3. Define the cut list export settings for Peddinghaus Raptor.

  4. Click Save.

Send a cut list to Peddinghaus Raptor

  1. Go to Maintenance > Production Control > Cut Lists.

    The Select Production Control Jobs dialog box opens.

  2. Click the arrow buttons to move the jobs whose cut lists you want to adjust to the Included list.

    To select multiple items, hold down Ctrl.

    To select a range of subsequent items, hold down Shift.

  3. Click OK.

    The the Cut Lists dialog box opens.

  4. Select the cut list.
  5. At the bottom of the dialog box, click Send Cut List.
  6. Click DSTV+.

    The Save As dialog box opens.

  7. Browse to find and select the folder where you want to save the generated cutting details and CNC files.
  8. Click Save.

    The Status dialog box opens. You can view the progress of the export.

  9. When the export is completed, click OK.

The files are exported to the selected folder.

You can now import the cut list to Peddinghaus Raptor and cut the materials.
