Add job-specific inspection test records in Tekla PowerFab Go
You can add testing information for a job in Tekla PowerFab Go. You can add test records to the initial test and attach files to the test records.
- On the Tekla PowerFab Go home page, tap Projects.
- Tap Open Project.
- At the top of the page, tap Inspections.

Tap the available lists to
select the test type, test category, and test that you want to run.
Note:
- The test types, categories, and test names need to be created in the Tekla PowerFab desktop application. See Manage inspection test types and Create a new inspection test.
- If you have not yet set a filter, you need to set one to proceed. For more information on setting filters, see Set and clear filters.
After you have selected the test type, category, and test and set a filter, you can see the inspection test records in the current job that match the filter.
Add a new test record

Tap New on the right side of a test record.
The Inspection Record view opens.

Tap the Create as a follow-up to the failed test record # list and select None, add as new test record.

To select the inspection location and inspector, tap the lists
Note: If you have added another record with the same test category in the same job right before adding the current record, you have the Restore last option available and can use the properties of the latest record.

Define the test hours, and add any other information in the available
fields.
The available and mandatory fields are set in the inspection test properties in the Tekla PowerFab desktop application. See Inspection test properties.

To attach a file to the record, do the following:
- Tap ADD FILE.
- Browse to find the file that you want to attach and select it.
- Tap Open.
- Type a description for the file.
To add more files, repeat steps a to d.
- When you are ready to submit the record, tap Submit Now or Submit Later.
- Tap Confirm!.
The inspection test record is added.
Add a follow-up record
Adding a follow-up test record allows you to change the test status from failed to passed without losing the original failed test record.

Scroll to find a failed test record.

Tap the record number.
The Inspection Record view opens.
- Tap Run Follow-up Test at the bottom of the inspection test record view.
- Define the properties.

To attach a file to the record, do the following:
- Tap ADD FILE.
- Browse to find the file that you want to attach and select it.
- Tap Open.
- Type a description for the file.
To add more files, repeat steps a to d.
- Tap Submit.
- Tap Confirm!.
The inspection test record is added.
