Install Trimble Connect

Trimble Connect is an open collaboration tool. Tekla PowerFab subscription contains a Trimble Connect license that you need for access. The license also controls the features available to the user.

Install Trimble Connect Status Sharing tool

You need Trimble Connect Status Share to create and share production control job statuses with users who view the model in Trimble Connect.

Go to Tekla Downloads.
In Tekla PowerFab Suite, click Download and select the Trimble Connect tab.
To download the workflow tools for Tekla PowerFab to Trimble Connect, click Download also Workflow tools for Trimble Connect for Windows.
Click Download > Download 64-bit.
Double-click the installer to run the installation.

The Trimble Connect Status Sharing Setup Wizard opens.
Click Next.
Select the installation folder.
Click Next > Next > Yes.
When the installation is complete, close the installer.
