You can set or change the default printer
for the current workstation. Setting a default printer for a workstation is
optional.

On the
File menu, select
Default
Printer.
The Default
Printer dialog box opens.

To select or change the default
printer, click Change.
The Select
Printer dialog box opens.

Select a printer.
-
Click
OK.
You return to the Default
Printer dialog box.

To confirm using the selected
printer as the default printer, click OK.
