You can view the current production station of items in a single production control job or a group of jobs by using the Production Status command.

1. Do either of the following:
   • To view the status of several or all jobs, go to Maintenance > Production Control > Production Status.
   • To view the status of one job:
     1. Go to the Production Control module and open a job.
     2. Click the Production Control ribbon tab and select Review > Production Status.

   The Production Status Filters dialog box opens.

   

   Exclude Accessories without Piece/Load Tracking: When selected, accessory parts that are not flagged for either accessory piece tracking or load tracking are not included in the summary. If this option is not selected, all parts that match the filter are included, and accessories without piece/load tracking are only included in the total quantity and TFS Status fields.

   TFS Status, Weight, Gross Weight, Assembly Weight, Gross Assembly Weight: When selected, the corresponding column is shown in the Production Status dialog box.

2. Select Summary Fields checkboxes to include the related properties as columns in the production status summary.

   Selecting Summary Fields checkboxes can make it easier to view the overall production progress of multiple jobs.

3. To only view the status of specific types of items, select a filter type in the Type list, and click Select.

   For example, to only view particular jobs, select Job # and click Select.

4. Click Filter to change the summary fields and filters in use.
   • Click the arrow buttons to move the items that you want to view to the Included list.
   • Type the maximum and minimum values for the items that you want to view.
5. Click OK.

   To further limit the visible items, repeat steps 3 to 5 for all necessary filter types.

6. Click OK to view the production statuses of selected items.
