Inspection test statuses

You can view a summary of test records and examine the records by item in the Inspection Status dialog box.

The Inspection Status dialog box displays a list of all main members or accessories that have piece tracking enabled in the current production control job.

Use the navigation tree to filter out particular items. In addition to the part properties, Has Inspection Failures allows you to drill-down on the parts that have any outstanding failures that have not been cleared by a subsequent successful follow-up test.

In the grid area, there are columns for each category of inspection tests that have been run in the current job. The numbers in the cells of these columns indicate the number of tests that have been run. Follow-up tests count as one, regardless of how many times they have been run.

For main members, the Weight Each column includes the weight of accessories that do not have piece tracking enabled.

If an item belongs to multiple sequences or lots, it appears in the list once for each sequence/lot combination.

Items highlighted with red have critical failures for which no follow-up tests have been run.
