You can export a production control job to CIS/2 file by using the Export to CIS/2 Model command. Note that the Export to CIS/2 Model command is only available if the production control job has originally been imported from a CIS/2 file.

1. In the Select Production Control Job dialog box, open a job and click the Production Control ribbon tab.
2. On the menu, select Export > Export to CIS/2 Model.
3. In the Save As dialog box, browse to the folder where you want to save the file.

   By default, Tekla PowerFab saves the file to the Export folder.

4. If necessary, change the file name.
5. Click Save.

   A message appears, showing the location where the CIS/2 file was saved.
