Use the Global Edit - Selected command to modify the properties of multiple selected items at one go. This way, you can save time, as you do not need to change the properties of each item individually.

1. In the Combining dialog box, select the items that you want to modify.

   To select multiple items, hold down Ctrl.

   To select a range of subsequent items, hold down Shift.

2. Click the Combining ribbon tab.
3. On the menu, select Global Edit > Global Edit - Selected.

   The Global Edit - Selected dialog box opens.

4. Select the properties that you want to update and modify as needed.

   You can also use Un-check All and Check Changed Fields to quickly clear or select checkboxes.

5. Click Update.
