Set labor archive date

You can define a labor archive date that keeps the labor-related calculations that have been set up in Maintenance > Estimating.

Set a default labor archive date

You can set the labor archive date for multiple jobs at a time in Maintenance.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Estimating > Job Maintenance.
    The Estimating Job Maintenance dialog box opens.
  2. Select the jobs that you want to modify.

    To select multiple items, hold down Ctrl.

    To select a range of subsequent items, hold down Shift.

  3. Click Update Selected and select Labor Archive Date.
  4. Type a date or select a date from the drop-down calendar.
  5. Click OK.

You can view and select Labor Archive Date in the navigation tree.

Set a labor archive date for a job

  1. Open an estimating job and click Edit.
    The Estimate Job Edit dialog box opens.
  2. In Labor Archive Date, type a date or select a date from the drop-down calendar.
  3. Click Save.

You can view and select Labor Archive Date in the navigation tree.
