The tool TO Marking is used for marking the position of the secondary parts. The tool is compatible with the export to Hundegger, H&M and BTL machines.

Before you start

Create the main part and the secondary part (column or beam).

Selection order

1. Select the main part (column or beam).
2. Select the secondary part or multiple parts.
3. Quit selection using the middle mouse button. The TO Marking detail is created then.

 

Picture tab

In the "Picture" tab, define the mark settings.

OptionDescription
Representation

Decide how the secondary part should be marked on the main part. The options are:

  • As beams
  • As reinforcement
  • As negative part
ClassChoose the class for the marks.
DiameterDefine the mark diameter. 
Place label

Decide whether the label should be placed. The options are:

  • No
  • Yes
SizeDefine the size of labels.
1Decide, on which side the marks should be created using the checkboxes.
2Decide, whether the filter should be used to define when the marks should be created. Choose the filter from the list of options in the second field.

Negative volume marking tab

In the "Negative volume marking" tab, the dimensions are set for the case when representation is set to As negative part in the "Picture" tab.

OptionDescription
ADepth of the cut.
BOffset relative to the part.
Operation nameName of the operation. Depends on the machine and export tool. This can be found in the help file of the corresponding export.

About tab

Information about the "build" date of the tool. This date may differ from the date in the tool you are using, but the content may nevertheless be the same. This date may be required when you contact the helpdesk.
