Answer:
The HOLE_DIAMETER of the bolt mark functionality is changed in Tekla Structures version 15.0.
In version 15.0, global content attributes are taken into use.

In earlier versions, two separate attributes were used for the Hole diameter and Size bolt mark elements, and it was possible to set the decimal values for them separately. From Tekla Structures 15.0 onwards, the same HOLE.DIAMETER attribute is used by both the Hole diameter and Size bolt mark element.

The only way to get a different result in Tekla Structures 15.0 or later versions is to change the decimal value of DIAMETER from 0 to 1 in the contentattributes_global.lst file. Also, you need to change the decimal value of the HOLE_TOLERANCE if you want the decimals entered in the Bolt Properties dialog box to come into effect. After changing the contentattributes_global.lst file, save it, and reopen the model. The change will then be applied.

When you update to a new Tekla Structures version, the contentattributes_global.lst file is overwritten.

The advanced options shown in the picture below affect the appearance of the hole diameter in the bolt marks. The decimal settings of the contentattributes_global.lst file are used.

In case you want to have 22 instead of 22.0 displayed as the hole diameter, you need to use a separate bolt mark template.

With this template the result will be this:
 bolt diameter=20mm, tolerance=1.5mm, result: D21.5

 bolt diameter=20mm, tolerance=2.0mm, result: D22
