In addition to using
the navigation tree for filtering items, you can set filters that determine which items are
shown in the Production Control dialog box. You can also save the filter settings for later use.
If the Open to Filter Selection checkbox has been selected in , the <Module> Filters dialog box opens
automatically when you open a job.
If the Open to Filter Selection checkbox has not been selected, open the <Module>
Filters dialog box as follows:

In an open production control job, click the Production Control ribbon tab.

On the menu, select Filter.
The <Module>
Filters dialog box opens.

Select a filter type in the
Type list and click Select.
The Filter dialog box opens.
For some filter types, you can
also click Find and type the desired value in the search box to use it. This way, you do
not have to scroll through all the available items.

Click the arrow buttons to move
the items that you want to display to the Included list.

Click OK.
If you want to further filter
the information displayed , repeat steps 3 to 5 for different items. Note
that only items that match the items in the Included list will be available when setting more filters.
If you want to clear all
filter settings, click Reset.

Click Apply
Filter.
The <Module>
Filters dialog box closes, and the items are filtered according to the
settings you made.
To display all information again,
click Clear
Filters in the upper-left corner.
