Question:

I have exported the profile tree from Tekla structures.
It shows blank during the import into another environment model.
What could be the reason?

Answer:

there are two possible reasons.

1) The exported file contains 0 KB data.

2) You have the colon symbol ( : ) in the name of the profile tree file. Remove the colon from the name of the profile tree file and try to export the profile tree again.
