When using Tekla Structural Designer with Tekla Online Licensing why does the online status (connectivity indicator) say "Log in", even though I signed in and checked "Stay signed in"?

Issue
I am using Tekla Online Licensing so, when I first ran Tekla Strucural Designer, I signed in and checked the "Stay signed in" option. Tekla Strucural Designer opens fine, however the connectivity indicator at the top right still says "Log in" as shown in the picture below. When I click "Log in" I am signed in, but when I Tekla Strucural Designer the next time I need to sign in again. What can I do to fix this?

Resolution
Our Developers are aware of this issue and are working on a permanent fix. In the meantime it can be resolved by downloading and running the attached registry file following the steps given below.
Note that you may need your IT department to do this if you do not have the required permissions.
- Close Tekla Structural Designer
- Download the attached zip file
- Unzip it and rename the file extension from "txt" to "reg".
- Double-click the file to run it and click Yes to continue in the pop-up dialog
- Run Tekla Structural Designer and Sign in when prompted and check the "Stay signed in" option
- You should now appear signed in when the program opens and should not be required to sign in on launch again
