Answer
There a few things that can be done to improve the size of the image (saved view) included within the report. We will run through a number of options, however, some will have a more profound effect than others.- By default the image is set to be 90% of the page width. You could increase this percentage to widen the picture. This can be achieved via the Report ribbon tab > Appearance group > Settings > Document Options page.

- You could change the orientation of the individual picture (saved view), in the report. Controls exist in the top right of every saved view to toggle between Portrait and Landscape.

- The image used in the report is a saved view (an image of the scene view window). The biggest improvement can be obtained prior to saving the view. This can be achieved by adjusting the scene view window to a more report friendly size i.e. adjust the scene view window to a squarer shape.

If you ensure that the image you require maximises the area within the active scene view window i.e. reduce the white space to the sides, you can then save the view again using the Right click context menu > Save View configuration command. You will need to save the view with a new name.

Revisit the Report style > View chapter and update the View being included in the report to use the newly created saved view. Once the report is regenerated, it will show a much larger image within the report. Compare the image below with the first one in the article.

- If you have a very large model, then it is likely that too much information is being displayed. The best solution is to save views containing smaller areas of the model file. You can create these smaller views by using either the Cutting Planes or Sub Structures command. (See linked articles/videos to the right and the software Help on these commands). Keep in mind the tip discussed in (3) i.e. a squarer scene window and you can then use Save view to generate the maximised, “smaller area” image for inclusion in the report. Below is an example showing part of the roof using a cutting plane command.
