Question
When I export a drawing to DXF why are the steel columns drawn at twice the size?
Is it possible to draw them at the correct scale?

Answer
Steel columns are always drawn at 2x ‘scale’ in the scene views. This is to ensure that they can be seen.

When exporting to DXF this option is carried over by default.
The setting can, however, be edited via the Draw > Settings command > Options > Planar Drawings > Columns page by unchecking the option Steel Columns 2x scale for steel columns
