Using UDA for a part label in a model view

Question:
Is it possible to display a label in the model view for the surface treatment of a concrete part, as it is possible for parts?

Answer:
It is not possible to do that for the surface treatment itself, but it is possible to display it as a user-defined attribute (UDA) for a concrete part (Environment dependent functionality).

  • Under a concrete part’s properties, go to the Concrete finish tab
  • Select Surface treatment from the drop-down list

  • Under Display -> Advanced tab, select the property User-defined attribute -> Add...
  • Enter the attribute C_SURFACE_TREATMENT in the Part label dialog box. Click OK and Modify the settings.
