Care must be taken when writing calculations involving angles where these are in radians, not degrees. This is common for example in equations derived from calculus where angles must usually always be specified in radians.
If the unit of an angle is not specified, Tedds trig functions assume the angle is in degrees, not radians (unlike MS Excel). If an angle is in radians you must either:
- Use the correct unit ‘rads’ in the variable definition or Trig function
- Convert the value to degrees
