Using pset prefix in your own property sets in IFC export

Question:
I want to use Pset_ prefix in the names of my own additional property sets, but that is not working. I get following warning in the IFC export log file: PropertySetConfiguration, Row #: Propertyset 'Pset_my_property' uses illegal prefix 'Pset' Is it anyhow possible to use this prefix?

Answer:

This is not possible currently. Pset_ prefix is reserved for the default BuildingSmart property sets and cannot be used for your own additional property sets. You just need to use some other name than Pset.
