TSEP installer not showing all Tekla Structures versions

Problem: When I try to install e.g. Export to Aveva 2.2.1 using a TSEP installer I can't see all the compatible Tekla Structures versions installed on my computer. I only see version 2018. How can I solve the problem?

Solution: You need to remove the TSEP File Dispatcher Launcher and then re-install it on your computer. Normally this extension is installed with Tekla Structures if it doesn't exist on your computer yet. It could be that it wasn't installed correctly or you might have an outdated version of it. You can download the newest version as a separate installer from Tekla Warehouse: TSEP File Dispatcher Launcher
