Cannot sign in due to blank Trimble Identity window

If the Trimble Identity window is blank, try the following:
- Restart the software.
- Restart the computer.
- Ensure that your system meets all the Requirements for connecting to Tekla Online services.
Specifically, ensure that your firewall allows connections to the domains listed in the Trimble Identity and online licensing section. - If you have any ad blocker software installed in your web browser, turn it off or disable it.
- Contact your local area support office or reseller.
