In order to find your Tekla PowerFab Remote Monitor Log files please follow the steps below:
- Open your Default Directories by going to File -> Default Directories.
- Double click inside the Directory called "Log".
- Located inside your Log folder there will be one zip file, per day, that includes the Remote Monitor Log files and it will be labeled
remote-server-log-tekla_powerfab_remote_server_(current PowerFab version)-(date).7z.
These files can be provided to Trimble Support by using the Add extra files button on the second page of the Contact support tool.
