Switching from Tekla Structures to Tekla PowerFab Modeler

Tekla Structures - Not version-specific Tekla Modeler;Licensing

For the clients who own any version of Tekla structures, it is a simple process to switch from local licensing to online license (EPM Modeler).

When you open Tekla Structures and the screen ask you to select an environment, role and configuration in the bottom of the screen you can select “Change license server”.

Then, the screen below will appear.

Select the online license option and click ok, that will open the Trimble identity sign in screen, there you can input the email registered for your company and the password.

Then the Tekla screen where you select the role will open showing the Tekla PowerFab modeler as the type of license to use.
