I'm trying to open a support case using the Support Tool, but I get the message "Error: Support case creation failed."

You can check that the Support Tool online service is up and running on our online service status page.

Try submitting the support case again. If the problem persists, contact us through our support form with your problem and let us know you had trouble with the Support Tool.
