Small extra solids / edges left while applying Tube to Tube connections

Question:
When we apply Saddle Macro on SPD Profiles, profiling cut is not smooth and some unwanted edges leftover?

Answer:
The problem is due to the way Tekla creates round solids (By series of segmented facets creating round surface).
Try below options to get smooth profile cutting,

1) Select cut as shown below >> Open its properties by double clicking it > Tick off all check boxes >> Enter small rotation value say 1~3degrees.
The cut rotation will remove the extra portion.

2) If above does not help then try setting below advance options to reduce the tube chord tolerance value so that more segments will be created. Then try Step-1 again to remove extra portion to adjust cutting.
