Question:
Am I able to track changes within my Tekla Structural Designer projects?

Answer:
Well you can track simple changes. Open an existing model. From the File menu - Select Start Revision

Add a Revision ID

A copy of the Project file is made with the same name, but has the revision ID appended to it.
You can see this in the title bar of the application.

Looking in the folder structure where your project file is stored, you can see a copy of the file has been created.

Opening the Project Wiki and looking at the Revisions item, it logs the ID, date and time the revision was created.

Looking at the revisions item, it reports no revisions have been made.

Update your model, in this example we changed the section size of the steel braces. Returning to the Project Wiki and selecting the Change item, it now reports what members have changed, it reports the previous section profile size and the new profile size.
