Case: Reading the license file does not take effect.
Solution: Rereading the license file does not work if you are running a licensing service locally on your laptop and you are connected to another license server at the same time. Hence you need to do the following:
1. Open LMTOOLS > go to Start/Stop/Reread server tab.
2. Click Stop Server and wait a few seconds for the service to stop.
3. Click Start Server.
