Quickly search in model for objects

Question:
I'm working on a large model, what is the easiest way for me to quickly select all columns on only the first floor?
Answer:
The Search in model command allows you to search the whole model or a selected portion of the model using name, profile, material, or position number of model objects. Tekla Structures selects and highlights the model objects that match the search criteria and shows the object properties in the Properties pane. Simply draw a selection window around the area you want to search, type columns in the Search in model field and press the Search in selection switch.
