Problems when activating Tekla Structures license

Question:
I cannot activate my Tekla Structures license. When I try to open the entitlement certificate, the License Administration tool is not able to open the file; the Entitled Licenses field is empty.
Answer:
If you use a web-based e-mail service, open the e-mail service in Internet Explorer to save the entitlement certificate. Other web browsers may convert the EntitlementCertificate.html file into an unusable format.
Also, your firewall may block the Entitlement Certificate html file as it was sent via email. The certificate has to be zipped before it is sent to you. This way the firewall or virus protection software does not modify the certificate.
