Model not visible in created 3D view

Question:
In the 3D view the model is not shown even when I create a new basic view. Where is the problem?
Answer:
Most probably the problem is caused by some distant objects in the model. They are so far away making the whole work area so big that the initial model is in some corner of it and is not visible.
To solve this problem, go to File menu and click Diagnose & Repair -> Find Distant Objects. When they are found, try zooming, inquiring or deleting them by using mouse right-click on the item in the list and choosing the command.
Repeat this several times until there are no more distant objects found in the model.
