Problem: Sometimes the Contextual Toolbar seems to disappear completely. It is switched "on" in options but it won't appear on the screen. Tekla Structures restart doesn't help either.

Solution: If you are using multiple displays (TS on one display), the Contextual Toolbar could be hiding behind other windows on your secondary display if you have accidently pinned it there. Normally the Contextual Toolbar should appear on the secondary screen too, but if you have other software with "stay on top" switched on, the Contextual Toolbar could be hidden behind it. Unpin the Contextual Toolbar and it should then appear close to selected objects again on TS screen. Switching the Contextual Toolbar off and on again should also do the trick. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K to toggle the Contextual Toolbar on / off.
