Line forced to horizontal in sketch editor

Question:
Why I cannot make my line skew in the Sketch editor? If I try to enter a line with numeric location 2000, -20 it is forced to horizontal, but if I enter the location 2000,-100 it remains skew.
Answer:
There is internal picking tolerance, which is relative to line length (0.05*line length). So if you have a 2000 units long line, 0.05 of that is exactly 100. But I the basic idea of the sketch editor is not to pick exact shape at first place. Instead you create a shape that looks like the profile you want to create, by picking approximate points. After that you add dimensions and restraints, by which you give the exact dimensions for your sketch.
