Error: Unsupported by the license server

Symptoms: The Tekla Structures license is activated successfully, but the statistic tab shows unavailable license with the error: "unsupported by the license server".

Solution: The computer/server date and time settings are not correct. Tekla Structures License Server gives the "Unsupported by the license server" error because the computer/server system date is not matching with the start date of the license.

You will need to deactivate the activated license(s) first then change the Date/Time settings of your computer/server .
Once done, activate your license(s) again and this should work.
