I have a Validation > Model > General > “Invalid natural frequency effective width” error. Why do I get this and how do I resolve it?

This validation error will appear alongside an "Invalid effective width" error.

The resolution for both is the same so please refer to the article I have a Validation > Model > General > “Invalid effective width” error. Why do I get this and how do I resolve it?
