Answer: 
NESTIX is integrated production management system for part fabrication and welding assembly, including work preparation and part nesting functions targeted for shipyards, offshore yards and pipe fabrication. Intergraph smart production powered by nestix

Nestix software can read DSTV or DSTV+ file formats. Nestix does not have API interface but can export XML file format to various data system to extract information back from Nestix. 
For example, The data content for “Plate Nesting Done” can be in the following format:

• Plate Nesting Done (Nesting ID; Project; Assembly; Nested Parts with OIDs; Plate Article/Individual/Remnant Plate; Drawing; Estimated processing time)
