How to change positioning of dimensions

Question:
I have problems in the positioning of dimensions. The problem is as shown below. How can we control the position of the vertical dimensions of holes / parts.
Current automatic dimensions:

Answer:
See the image below about the suggested settings. To be able to position bolt dimensions on top of the part, protection settings have to be loosened.
The current combine dimension distances are quite large: 10000 and 5000, which easily leads to a situation where lots of dimensions are combined. I changed them to be 1000 and 700.
