Question

I am in the process of producing Beam End Force DXF drawings and would like to show the results to zero decimal places. Is this possible?

Answer

The Home ribbon tab > Project group > Model Settings command > Units > Precision option sets the number of decimal places displayed on drawings.

Select the Quantity in the table i.e. Force and amend the precision to the required value. Repeat for other quantities i.e. Moment

When a Beam End Forces DXF drawing is created via the Draw ribbon tab > Beam End Forces command it uses the precision specified above.

Note, that you do need to run the Design after changing the values to obtain updated results.

There are some further options available to factor the Force and Moment values or only display values for Moment and Axial force if greater than a user specified value.

These are controlled via the Draw ribbon tab > Edit.... or within Home ribbon tab > Model Settings..... to get to the same dialog and then > Drawing > Options > Planar Drawings > Beam End Forces page.
