How do I change the wind zones i.e. A, B, C ?

Is it possible to change wind zones quickly in Tekla Structural Designer e.g. from zone B to zone C?

Right now it seems you have to;

View the Wind Zones in each direction in the Wind Scene view
Determine which Zone you want to change
Revert back to the 3D Structural Scene view
Determine the name of the Wall Item you want to edit the Zone for
Go to Properties pane and find wall
Right click > Edit Zones

I assume that I am missing something? In Fastrak Building Designer you could right click on the panel in the wind view and edit it that way.

While there is no direct right click > Edit Zone in the Tekla Structural Designer Wind Scene view like Fastrak Building Designer, a simpler way of obtaining the required information is detailed below.

Open a Wind View

Open a Wind view by right clicking the Wind direction in the Project Workspace > Wind pane and choosing Open view from the contect menu

Move this a New Vertical Tab Group

Right click on the Wind Scene view tab and from the context menu select New Vertical Tab Group

Side by Side

With the Scene views now side by side you can now quickly;

Review the Wall Item reference in the 3D Structure view

Open and Edit the Wall Item by right clicking the Wall Item reference under the respective Wind direction i.e. Wind Direction 0
