How do I assign a wall as a Shear wall and not a bearing wall, when importing from Revit into Tekla Structural Designer?

When generating a Revit model the Structural Usage property defines the type of wall.

The default is Bearing which when exported to Tekla Structural Designer exports the wall as a bearing wall.

If you wish to export the wall as a Shear wall then change the Structural Usage property to Shear within Autodesk Revit prior to exporting.
