How can I include the title of the current Calc Section in the document header?

To include the title of the current Calc Section in the document header of each page, insert a Word StyleRef field into the document header which uses the paragraph style "Calc Section". Whenever a paragraph style using Calc Section then appears in your document the header for that page and all subsequent pages up until the next occurrence of that style will include the text that is formatted in the Calc Section style.

To insert the field into the document header use the following steps (Word 2013, other versions may vary slightly):

  1. Double click on the document header (or footer) to start editing and then move the insertion point to the location where you want to insert the Calc Section title
  2. On the ribbon select the Insert Tab
  3. In the Text group select Quick Parts then select Field
  4. In the list of Field names select StyleRef
  5. In the Style name list select Calc Section
  6. Click OK
