Introduction
Tekla Structural Designer 2016 and above will provide details of the maximum positive and negative nodal displacements in the model.
The Project Workspace > Status pane, Design > Overall Displacement branch, reports the displacement values for the node and load case/combination reported in the description.
i.e. Service factors, Positive direction - X direction, Load combination 11, Node 93

These are solver nodes so will also include nodes at the midpoint of elements (known as "pdelta" nodes). You will not see these pdelta nodes in the deflection diagram, since the diagrams only report deflections at beam/column and beam/beam intersection points.
You can locate the node in question via the Home Ribbon > Find command. If the Solver view is not active it will switch to this view.

Switch back to the Results view and set the load case or combination to match the Overall Displacement reported value.

Set the Results ribbon to display the required factor value, deflection direction and deflection text overlay.

Note. You may not be able to see the maximum values displayed on the Results view diagram, since "pdelta" nodes are not included in the diagram.

If you hover over an element it will provide the displacement of the local element assuming zero displacement at the support ends. i.e. the same result as right clicking the element and from the context menu showing the Load analysis view.
