Filtering excluded parts in dimension tags

Question:
I cannot get Exclude parts filter to work. I only want to have a dimension tag for LYFT objects, but I get also other object names on the tag. LYFT objects are steel sub-assemblies in a cast unit. I have tried to filter it with Exclude parts according to filter. But it does not work.

- Object - Object type - Does not equal - Part - Or
- ( Object - Object type - Equals - Part - And
- Template - NAME - Does not equal - LYFT )
