If you receive the error Assertion failed! Program:... File: envdb_tables.cpp or Assertion failed! Program:... File: envdb_tables_load.cpp , steps below usually solve the problem. 
  1. Open your model in single user mode
  2. Delete environment.db file from the model folder
  3. Save and reopen the model, the error should not be displayed anymore
