Try the following:
- Turn off Anti-Virus during installation
- Try to login with different Windows user profile.
- Go into c:\users\"username"\AppData\Local
- Right click on "temp" and choose "properties".
- Choose "security" --> edit --> add, and add the username you are using
- Give yourself all rights.
- Apply and Ok
You may need to contact your IT administrator to grant access to the Security tab, which may be restricted to IT-only access.
