Empty print preview displays 'Drawing cannot be read' error

Question: When I try to print, the print preview isn’t displayed, instead I see error message saying Drawing cannot be read.
Answer: This can be caused by processes trying to use same Windows resources. If another application has reserved the .NET pipe Tekla Structures uses when printing, print preview cannot be displayed. Users who have Admin rights on your Windows account are unlikely to encounter this issue, but those users who do not have Admin rights may come across this problem.
To resolve this issue, you can either disable the application that is using the same resource, or run Tekla Structures as Admin. The software that might interfere with Tekla Structures printing include: ConnectionManager.WBEService.exe, some versions of HP Support Solutions Framework Service, older versions of Garmin Core Update Service, WBE Service, Intel® Security Assist, Barracuda WSA Service and DropboxOEM.exe. Other applications that might be using the .NET pipe could be identified by using Microsoft’s Handle v4.1 tool and disabling the applications using the .NET pipe to find which one interferes with the the print preview.
