Drawing Layouts and Windows 7

Question: I just upgraded to Tekla 2020 and now my layouts are not visible in the dropdowns. I am using Windows 7, could that be related?

Yes, this problem occurs on computers operating on Windows 7. Similar issues occur with Tekla Structures 2019i and the latest service packs.
Since Microsoft has stopped supporting Windows 7, we recommend that you update to a new operating system to fix this issue.
