Yes, we do! You can find the release notes PDFs on the PDF documentation page in each Tekla Structures main version documentation. Here is the release notes PDF for Tekla Structures 2024.
For the Tekla Structures service packs, we do not have PDF documents available. If you want, you can print the service pack release notes pages as PDF files yourself. Here is an example of the release notes page for a Tekla Structures service pack 2023 SP9.
