Q- I am opening the master drawing catalog but the window never opens?
A- We have seen certain AntiVirus programs such as Trend Micro or AVG remove the EXE files for certain Tekla Structures applications. These applications can be the Master Drawing Catalog, the new DPM Printer, and even the license manager (lmgrd.exe or tekla.exe). If this occurs you will need to go into the quarantine section of the AntiVirus program and restore the files, then talk with your IT department to white list all Tekla Applications.
